SportFight X Wilhite to face Clemmons

Huntsville, AL March 7, 2012- SportFight X announced today there will be a change in the main-event that was originally scheduled between Stephen Wilhite and Luke Neyland. The X3 Atlanta product Neyland was replaced for personal medical reasons according to longtime manager Megan Swartzlander. The company was notified yesterday of the issue and has found a replacement to face Wilhite on Saturday March 24th. SFX Gibbs said “This has never happened to us on a top fight that gets a lot of attention. It’s not the end of the world because we have a replacement but I hate Stephen has been training six weeks for Neyland”.

Wilhite of Triad Martial Arts will now square off against Jonathan Clemons of SSF in Clarksville, TN. Clemmons is an amateur veteran with over 25 fights and is sure to give Wilhite a run for the money in the main event. This featherweight war will be exciting as both warriors have excellent stand up skills with a ground game to go with it.

SportFight X “Alabama vs. Georgia” will take place in 16 days on March 24th live from the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, AL. Tickets are on sale now at ticketmaster.com and the VBC box office. For more information visit www.sportfightx.com and facebook.
